For 30 years, Inter-Dec College has specialized in college-level training with professional and technical degree programs in beauty, digital arts and interior design. SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION
The coordinator of the Inter-Dec College beauty school ensures the proper functioning and the profitability of each of the programs of the department. He assists and manages a team of professors, ensures consistent quality of programs and teaching, actively participates in student recruitment and works closely with the purchasing and accounting department. He works to establish partnerships with industry and actively participates in the outreach and development of the beauty school.
Lead a team of 15 teachers in the field of beauty;
Verify the timesheets, the notes, the classrooms;
Develop new programs
Set schedules and lesson plan;
Establish contacts with industry
Participate actively in student recruitment
Participate and coordinate all beauty events to promote the College;
Validate and proceed with product orders with a constant concern for profitability;
Know the competition;
Provide good customer service
Collaborate with the Laval campus;
Any other related tasks.
Diploma in the field of beauty, in artistic make-up or hairdressing;
Junior and experienced profiles are invited to apply;
Relevant experience in management, administration or coordination;
Knowledge of vocational programs in aesthetics and hairdressing;
Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
Teaching experience an asset.

Autonomy, positivism, professional maturity and the ability to take a critical look at certain situations are important. The beauty school coordinator will be focused on continuous improvement, will demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
