Thematic Influence

Global travel boom is causing the search for unique encounters and world discoveries as well as a dramatic rise of consumerism of luxurious brands.Younger generations are driving stronger culture of race and gender tolerance. Through the paradox of labelling people, politically provoking and challenging clothes were created. Inspired by powerful graphics and extreme creativity, this movement is turning conservative cultures such as muslim apparel into digital wave designs of extreme consumerism.

Geographical brands and bar code printed straight dress with luxurious brands logo printed layered trapeze veil.

100% Polyester voile

Prototypes and Patterns Elaboration with Fabric Research

100% Polyester voile with 60% polyester and 40% triacetate crepe. Spray paint with stencils and sublimation printing techniques were used as fabric treatments for the veil and the dress.
