M-Mix is a project which rethinks the structure of the ice cream bowl, and was inspired by the chocolate bars and their small square partitions. The core of the project is born out of the necessity of keeping various tastes of an icecream separated, so as to avoid mixing the flavours when you order more than one and a mix would ruin it. To solve this. M-Mix uses partitions made of recycled plastic – not unlike those of icecream spoons – which end with synthetic rubber, like that of the scrapers. This allows, once you finish eating the ice cream, to break the partitions and use them as spoons to eat the rest on the walls of the bowl.
