First Ukrainian Restaurant in Montreal

My business idea is to open first an authentic Ukrainian restaurant in Montreal, which will serve not only traditional Ukrainian cuisine, but also will share Ukrainian culture. Interior of the restaurant and stuff’s uniform will be in traditional Ukrainian style which will underline authenticity. This is the first step of my business idea - Marketing research. This project was an assignment for Marketing research course. This project is part of my College diploma's work, which I will finish in a year, during the last semester at LaSalle College.
