2015 Finished the first semester of the Gastronomy course at the University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI), 3 missing semesters to complete.
2016 Began the course of Food Service and Management at Collège LaSalle in Montreal scheduled for completion in the second semester of 2019.
