Branding Skid Day

Skid Day is a multimedia senior project. It is a skid pad which is an open lot for people to race their car, test their car, or learn new driving skills. Skid day is branded towards young drivers, car enthusiasts, and racing/drift fans. The importance of the skid pad is to give a place for reckless driving without doing any danger to public roads. The style of the artwork is modern and sporty to attract the correct audience without attempting to appeal towards the younger teens and the elderly. “Skid Day" is plays off of the term "track day", meaning that a driver would be spending the whole day at a race track. The logo is a car in between the words "Skid Day" and it is orange because it portrays the energy and passion of red and the joy and happiness of yellow.
