practicum courses which started to work in a confectionery. I try to show all of my challenges there and all of my products during 90 hours of working there.
This project is about industry based confection with many different items from my country. I tried to show how we are made many sweets and how we decorate them. the best part of my job is designing and decorating the cakes, cookies and any sweets. I learned many skills from LaSalle College in Baking & Pastry program from professional chefs there and I am really grateful of this.Consulter le document
