Through this European Cakes & Torts course, I got more information and experienced making a lot of type of cakes, mousses as well as torts. It was really professional and interesting for me. I had a nice course with opportunities and experiences challenging myself as well as exploring the amaze of pastry. I had an amazing and helpful course with Chef PAUL MASSINCOUD and Chef ALEXEY SCHASTLIVENKO, they are dedicated, professional and enthusiastic instructors. They are really helpful and friendly to make me able to develop my creativity and always ready to answer and guide me. Their excellent teaching skills and friendly personality has helped me tremendously. Moreover, they've inspired me a lot about pastry. I appreciate and be glad when had chances to learn and work with Chef Paul and Chef Alexey. I am very grateful to have them as instructors.
