Montreal, October 5th 2021 – LCI Education is proud to announce its acquisition of Homuork, a Spanish company specializing in professional e-learning.
Headquartered in Barcelona, Homuork has a unique expertise in creating, designing and offering online training courses for companies and universities. Homuork’s achievements include launching deploying digital courses for companies such as LinkedIn, BBVA and Danone; developing MOOCs for leading institutions such as ESADE, HEC Paris and the Red Cross (ICRC); and supporting the digital transformation of high-ranked universities such as the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School), UPF-Barcelona School of Management and EAE Business School.
The acquisition will allow LCI Education to position itself as world-class leader in e-learning. LCI Education will offer advanced programs to meet the needs and goals of its learners throughout their academic and professional journey. Homuork will be integrated into the LCILX division of the LCI Education network.
