Eat for a Cause at Le Fuchsia Restaurant

On September 20, October 18, November 15 and December 6, members of the LaSalle College and Inter-Dec College ate for a cause! 

They supported school perseverance by having lunch or dinner at LaSalle College’s International School of Hotel Management & Tourism restaurant, Le Fuchsia.

100% of the profits went to LCI Education Foundation, which promotes student retention and children’s literacy.

They could choose from 2 options:

• $20 for lunch (4 courses + coffee)
• $30 for dinner (4 courses + glass of wine + coffee)

All meals were prepared by the students in Professional Cooking (DEP) of LaSalle College, and served by the Food Service Management (DEC).
