My Career goal is to gain as much knowledge and experience within the Culinary Industry to eventually fulfill my goal of becoming a successful business owner of my catering Company and my own Restaurant. I would also love to travel the world and experience the different kinds of cuisines the world has to offer and work in the hospitality industry. I believe food is Art that can be expressed and experienced and I am always happy when I create a dish and plate it. It's really amazing how diverse food is and we live in a society with different cultures that allows us experience this. The Art Institute afforded me the opportunity to learn the diverse food culture from around the world and when I started it was an interest that grew into my passion for the Culinary Industry. I met and learnt from the best Culinary Instructors, I believe everyday you learn something new it increases your knowledge and skills which will serve you in life.
