Children of the Holocaust

The project is to create a set of book jackets that can be sold together as a set. The book jackets is designed for a set of children books based on time of the holocaust - the set includes The Book Thief, Number of Stars and Boy in the Stripped Pajamas. The challenge is to create a visual stylization that showcases the idea of the holocaust in a simple but clever way. The take on the illustration is how small children draw and the splashes of color represents blood i.e. the death of children during the holocaust.
