Practicum

Here are some photos of my school Practicum at the Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver. At my Practicum I a volunteering in their Catering Office with their Event Managers and Event Coordinator. At the hotel I type of menus, look over BEO's, I created a wedding check list for the office to use, checked over invoices, created floor plans, and created seating charts.
