Biography
Based in Melbourne, two of her great passions in life are cars and photography. Cindy Chen focuses on capturing luxury cars in a aesthetically pleasing manner. The choice of subject comes from having developed a great passion for such fast cars and have always been interested with the way car enthusiasts develop a relationship with their own car through its unique modification and design. In 2012 she was named as a finalist at the "Australian Academy of Design" Photography Prize in the secondary category. In the same year she also won the people's choice award prize from Melbourne Library Service, photography competition: "Melbourne in a Moment" and has been recognised as a finalist in the "Pixel Prize (VIC)" photography competition hosted by ACU (Australian Catholic University) in 2014.
