Vegan Spring roll

This dish is a Vietnamese Style spring roll that is made vegan by modifying the filling with glass noodle, cloud ears, dried shitake mushrooms, mint, wrapped together in a rice flour wrapper and then deep fried.

Pad Thai

This dish originates from the cuisine of Thailand which is made from Thai noodles, peanuts, turnips, tofu, bean sprouts, flavored with tamarind water and fish sauce.
