Akbal is a young Mexican who trades fabrics from Mexico. One day, he hears about silk, in China, and he travels to the country to buy it. A few weeks after the boarding, the ship wrecks and only he gets to land, but not to China, but in Japan. He doesn't remember anything. The young man will be born again, creating a new personality, new memories and a new identity. He will have blurred images of his old life but, Akbal, will never be the same.
