For Private Label Management we had to create a capsule collection for the Montréal women's biker clothing brand TruCulture. I created a tech pack, detail sheet, cost sheet, thematic board, care label, budget, merchandise plan, production calendar, assortment plans, purchase orders, and quality control checklists.
