Creating unique dishes in Asian cuisine class by Chef Attifa using different flavors and cooking techniques. Each dish has a unique character and comes from different regions and countries such as different parts of China, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Korea.

Jahb Chae: The main

Jahb Chae: The main highlight of the dish is glass noodles, which are made from sweet potatoes, along with colorful vegetables and well-seasoned meat.

Maki sushi: It is ma

Maki sushi: It is made with vinegared rice and select fillings wrapped in a sheet of nori, rolled with a bamboo mat to create a perfectly cylindrical shape that is then cut into bite-size pieces

Emerald shrimp: This dish is from eastern china which is very popular for its seafood as it close to rivers. For this dish, chlorophyll should be extracted from spinach and the foam is used to give the shrimp the green colour.
