Northern China dish using Lamb that is tradition in Peking. The lamb is marinated with soy sauce, ginger juice, tapioca powder, white pepper, egg, salt and oil that are typical ingredients from China. The lamb is stir-fried on the Wok with chilies, mushrooms, leeks, carrots and dry sherry and then, served on top of deep-fried rice noodles.
