This is a boutique hotel project in Morocco. I give the name for the project is “ Safarina” , which means the brightest star in the sky. Sarafina hotel concept reference from The Almohades of the 12th century, inspired by the KASBAH’s scattered along the caravan route. KASBAH refers to multiple buildings in a keep, a citadel, or several structures behind a defensive wall. A KASBAH was a place for the local leader to live and a defense when a city was under attack. A KASBAH has high walls, usually without windows. Base on that I will use clean-lined furniture combine with rough, natural textures to achieve a desert habitat.
