This project is to design the brand image for the three chains of scenic hotels. It must have a refreshing feeling to match the ease and pleasure of traveling. When designing this project, the most interesting thing is to observe the scenic characteristics and local culture of each region, to integrate and enhance the interest. This uses local customs and festivals, and local characteristic cultures, such as totems, train heads, and sky lanterns as trademarks.
Tamsui Hotel
This is a hotel by Tamsui River. There has a natural landscape of mangroves, Fisherman’s Wharf transformed from a traditional fishing port, and a popular tourist attraction — Tamsui Old Street. The Logo applies the totem on the bow boat of a local traditional fishing boat to represent a prospect that provides forward-looking servicing for the client.
Orchid Island Hotel
This is a hotel by the seaside of Orchid Island. There has a vast reef landscape around Island, and local residents — Tao. Meanwhile, plentiful cultural and natural scenery attracts many tourists every year. The Logo applies the totem on the bow boat of a local traditional fishing boat. It’s also meaning a prospect that provides forward-looking servicing for the client.
Pingxi Hotel
This’ is a hotel by Datun Mountain. There has a natural landscape of forest and plentiful traditional culture about local residents, especially the Sky Lantern Festival in Pingxi, it’s always a hot festival every year. The Logo applies the shape of sky lantern which means a prospect that provides forward-looking servicing for the client.
