SENIOR DESIGN

The objective of this project was to design a boutique hotel from an existing house in BC which will provide a service to the dwellers based on the preliminary research of a chosen existing building. Students were to incorporate an interesting activity to this boutique hotel to give the space more identity. The B o u t i q u e Hotel is a two-story building with a total area of 16,000 sq ft. The location for the project chosen was Courtenay, Vancouver Island. The activity I chose for this project is the Musical Concert and seasonal Music classes.
