The number of businesses that were forced to close during the pandemic are uncountable. Therefore, people have had to adapt to the situation and find new ways to sell their products. During the lockdown, the use of social media increased, and youngsters saw the opportunity to become small entrepreneurs. Platforms like Etsy and Shopify are used to sell, while others like Instagram and Tik Tok serve for advertising different products. All these platforms being free, they allow young entrepreneurs to save a lot of money. Some people might think that phenomena is not a big deal— young people having fun during the quarantine— but the truth is that this trend is going to continue even after the Covid-19 crisis. In fact, during lockdown people got into the habit of shopping online, and many of them are not ready to let go of it soon.
