GDH is one of the world’s leading professional services companies operating in the global market sectors of water, energy and resources,  environment, property and buildings, and transportation. GDH had to build an office in Vancouver which led to the project. It was established in 1928 and privately owned by our people, GDH operates across five continents - Asia, Australia, Europe, North and South America and the Pacific region. They have employed more than 9000 people in 200+ offices to deliver projects with high standards of safety, quality and ethics across the entire asset value chain. Driven by a client-service-led culture, they connect the knowledge, skill and experience of our people with innovative practices, technical capabilities and robust systems to create lasting community benefits. But the main focus is on acne, rosacea, psoriasis and other steroid-responsive, dermatoses, onychomycosis(fungal nail infections), pigmentary disorders, skin cancer and medical aesthetic and corrective solutions for skin senescence. Concept statement. The concept for this project is a minimal and bold design. offices have been seen to believe in the saying together with our clients, we create lasting community benefit. The concept will be focused on every space and will have an open floor plan for the employees to work. The minimalist design makes the space open and will make a great environment to work in. The main focus of the office will the reception which ties up all the spaces, separating the employees and the private offices it will eventually make private and this will mark a design statement.
