A highlight of my time within the Fundamentals of Culinary class at Lasalle College. In Fundamentals of Culinary class, students learn basic Culinary theory and techniques

World Cuisine

A highlight of some dishes that I completed in World Cuisine class. In this class, students complete dishes from different regions of the World weekly.

North American Cuisine

A highlight of some the dishes that I completed in North American cuisine class. In this class, students complete dishes from major cultural regions within North American region.

Intro to Baking

A highlight of items that I completed within the Intro to Baking class. In Intro to Baking class, students learn basic baking theories & techniques.

Intro to Pastry

A highlight of the items in which I completed within the Intro to Pastry class. In the Intro Pastry class, students learn basic theories and techniques that are attributed with Pastry.

Classical French Cuisine

This is a highlight of some the dishes in which I completed within the Classical French Cuisine class. In this class, students learn about traditional French dishes common to the French Cuisine

A La Carte

A highlight of my time spent within the A La Carte class. This is a class in which students get to showcase their Culinary creativity and have fun with each other.
