Tree House

Hidden Treehouse is located South Richmond, situated on 90 acres of farm land with lush fields and bordering forest, running alongside the Fraser River. The property is ideally located only fifteen minutes from central to many attractions such as golf, fishing and biking trails and plenty of well known chain stores and local boutique shopping. LEED Sustainable Sites: The bamboo trees around the house, which is allows sunlight to go into the tree house in winter and block unwanted sunlight and heat in summer. Water Efficiency: The house have a rounded roof which can help collect the rain water to the water tank below the house. Energy & Atmosphere: Use of renewable energy such as solar energy. Materials: The house is made by laminated bamboo, which is a light and eco-friendly material. Sustainable Sites Indoor Environmental Quality: Natural ventilation. Location: 10 mins walk from the bus stop. Awareness & Education: This house is designed as a tea house. Any people can come and have a relax time.
