Furniture Plan

This furniture plan divides the private living area from the entertainment area. The three bedrooms are on the Southside of the property allowing for the kids to be in the furthest area from the living/dining/kitchen area while the parents may have guests over. This floor plan features a chef's kitchen for the mother who loves to cook with a large laundry and storage room off of the kitchen. The laundry and storage area features custom millwork for extra storage for a busy family.

Living & Dining Room

The open concept kitchen-living-dining area was very important for this family. With the father being away for work, and the mother who loves to cook, having a space where the mother can watch the children was important. The open concept allows the mother to see the children playing in the living room while she is in the kitchen.
