Masoor Daal

Masoor daal is a lentil dish from India. Cooked with chunks of ginger that fragrances the entire dish. Right as the lentils are cooked then a "tharka" gets added that flavours the entire dish. A simple yet flavourful dish.

Shah jahani biryani

Shah Jahani Biryani and Kheera Raita

Shah jahani biryani is lamb biryani is a dish that comes from North India, it's made by cooking the lamb and rice separately. Then you layer the rice and lamb and cook for a 40ish minutes till cooked. This dish pairs perfectly with kheera raita as it is nice and refreshing and can balance out the spices in the biryani dish.

Tandoori chicken and

Tandoori Chicken with Chapatis

Tandoori chicken and chapati's comes from India. Tandoori chicken is typically cooked in a tandoor which is a clay oven and it gets very hot in temperature. It creates a beautiful, gently charred product. This dish is served with raita, a cilantro and mint chutney and chapatis.

M'raad is an eggplan

M'raad

M'raad is an eggplant salad served over lettuce. It's begun by cubing the eggplant and cooking it, it's important not to under cook and not to over cook. Getting that perfect middle stage is crucial. Then it is tossed in an onion and tomato sauce and placed on top of salad. A very delicious salad.

Injera Flatbread with Mirir Wat

Injera flat bread and mirir wat come from the beautiful land of Africa. Mirir wat also known as lentil stew cooked with a unique blend of spices. This dish is served along side injera flat bread.

This dish, similarly assembled like a lasagna. Layered with cooked eggplant, ground lamb and topped with a béchamel and cheese. It's important to ensure that all the liquid from the eggplant is removed so the end result is not mushy. This lovely dish comes from Greece!

Lamb Kabob and Greek Salad

A dish coming from the land of Greece. The kebabs are made with ground lamb, mixed with different types of spices and mixed together and molded onto the skewer. Then it is grilled to perfection. The greek salad, made by chopping fresh vegetables and tossing in a dressing. Served along side some tzatziki and pita bread.
