RESIDENCIAL PROJECT

CLIENT: Soyer Family SIZE: 1495 sq ft LOCATION: 170 W 1st, North Vancouver, BC V7M 3P2. A family of four people. The mother is a teacher that often works at home, the father is a lawyer that works long hours away from home and travels constantly for work. The son is 18 and the daughter is 13. The oldest one loves to play video games and he studies computer programming at BCIT. The youngest is very artistic and enjoy visiting the near by park with her mother for long walks. The mother uses the kitchen with frequency and likes to bring friends over. The family also has a cat as pet, named july. The concept for the project is a terra cota pallet that brings a fresh modern look with a worm and cozy feeling. Is a more personal design style that represents the family life style. The mother, daughter and son will pass a lot of time at home to enjoy the interesting and warm colors. A playful combination of them make a nice visual concept.
