Electronic Health Record application for managing patient's data inside any healthcare institution. The purpose of this application is to access, edit, add and delete health records on the tablet using a wireless connection to the institution's database. This application is a substitute to the physical health records, it allows users instant access and data manipulation so that the team members can be notified in real time about the latest decisions.

Coloured circle around the patient image : care level in case of life threat emergency. Blue : reanimate at any cost. Yellow : reanimate upon patient's indications Red : DO NOT REANIMATE

Coloured circle around the room number : Isolation type. Tap the icon in the top right corner to see the details.
Tilt the tablet in the landscape mode to switch from table to graphical representation.
