North Vancouver Residential Project

Client Profile : Family, Couple with three kids. Husband is a writer. He loves to cook. His wife is an artist. She needs a sculpture and ceramic studio. They both work from home. Their three children are a sixteen-year-old boy and two twelve-year-old girls, and the two girls are twins. The son likes music and is good at drumming, and the two daughters enjoy reading and painting. Aiming at the size of the client’s family and the personal situation of the family members, a modern design-based renovation plan was produced. First, I thought about what room is important for family members, ceramic studio and home office are important, and secondly, a complete kitchen system and enough space for three children.
