Dynamite Product Management Project

In our Private Label Management class, we did a project for Dynamite. Each group had a product category to work on. My group was given dresses. We did trend research for the season. All of the styles, colors and fabrics were based on the research. We also worked with a merchandise plan in order to determine how many dresses we needed in store for each month. Overall, the project was a great way for us to apply the theory we learnt to a real life situation.
