Biographie

I study Tourism at Collège Lasalle. I will be graduating in spring 2017. The courses I most enjoyed during my studies in the tourism filed are the communication classes because, it teach you how to communicate well with clients and your colleagues, and the cultural and tourist attractions because it gives you a lot of information about how is every country is different and that difference makes it unique.

Formation

Courses:
The cultural and tourist attractions courses gave me a lot of useful information about the world geography and the different cultural and history of each country and continent I had studied.
The marketing courses gave me a lot of information about how’s the marketing and communication world is going on and taught me how to promote and market many different products that are related to the hospitality industry and how to create a marketing plan.
The package creation and events courses taught me how to create and modify different kinds of tour packages, and how to create an even from scratch.
The communication classes are the most classes that I got the benefit from, because it taught me how to establish professional relationships at work and in the daily life in general plus, it taught me a lot about how to read the body language of the person in front of you.
The accounting and finance classes, helped me to carry out financial operations at work place.
The tourism products and clientele courses had boosted my knowledge to establish connections between the supply and demand in the tourism industry.
The reservation system classes introduced me to the reservation systems that are used in travel agencies and how to book a complete package by using Apollo and saber reservation systems.
