The main course work is marketing part including marketing plan, research, promotion, and create, organize and sell packages, etc... The communication art and client services are also connected to tourism marketing in order to learn how to communicate with clientele and solve the problem.
I have taken tourist attractions of Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and South America, Caribbean in order to have knowledge to create and sell products.
I learned how to use different systems including Apollo, Sabre, Pcvoyage and Sirev.
I also took accounting and financial courses and knew how to use Excel, Word and Powerpoint to support my project and report. I have learned some interesting information in social media, food and culture as well. The other three courses, Knowledge, World View and Political, are to improve my critical thinking.
The two language courses are to have basic language skills in French and Spanish.
The final project is another important part that i will be taken in April.
