Secret Spot

This app was designed to provide an instant wave report when pointed at a breaking wave. As the camera captures the passing waves, the augmented reality portion of the app displays the parameters on the screen without conflicting with the image. The app was created with consideration for intuitive and interactive interface while maintaining a clean aesthetic for easy navigation. Other than the live viewing option the tab bar offers charts of oceans and seas around the world, and listings of specific surfing spots which are locations within continents and countries.
