SMCL '18 - MOTEL MADNESS

During my Second Year Fashion Marketing, my cohort and I worked together for 3 months, to put together a full fashion show at the beginning of November 2018. The 2018 edition included all 3 Fashion Marketing classes, each to their own theme. Students were separated into teams; beauty, styling, budget, model, set/music, and expected to work together to make their creative visions come to life. As Coordinator, my job was to ensure proper communication between the different departments in order to establish an efficient workflow towards the completion of our goal. On the day of the event, Corinne (another Coordinator) and I were tasked with organizing the teams to ensure models were fed, had gone through hair and makeup, styled, and ready to walk the runway in a timely manner. During the show, we were in charge of calling out the models to make sure they hit the runway at the right time and keep the models organized.
