1st challenge in Intro to Baking

My 1st time with Intro to Baking class finished very well. I learned so many new technique and new recipe as well as work on some recipe I used to know to make them. Sometime, I got mistakes and was challenged new things. however, I could gain so many experiences which will help me for my career in so far.
