ASIAN CUISINE

Asian cuisine tends to use opposing flavors in dishes, like mixing salty with sweet or sweet and sour together. Common ingredients in either east and southeast regions include rice, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, chilies, dried onions, soy sauce and tofu. Most of the recipe i used to cooked is given by our Chef.
