Color Theory Course_Corporate Color Project

For my final project for my Color Theory class, I had choose between two categories: food and beverage or fashion. I chose fashion, and my two chosen fashion brands were UniQlo and The Mountain. The next step after I chose The Mountain was that I would have to create 3 alternative logos for the brand (in which I made 3 different ideas of a segmented mountain). Other things I had to do for this project included (which mostly had to fit with my target audience of middle-class kids): 1) Create 5 items - name tag (sized 5 cm x 9 cm); sealed tape (2 cm x 30 cm); A5 vertical flyer; A4 horizontal wrapping paper; and a shopping bag (sized 15 cm x 10 cm x 5 cm) 2) Explain about the philosophical aspects of a color palette I came up with 3) SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and thread) analysis about the brand 4) 5Ws and 1H analysis about the brand 5) Identity platform for the brand

My 3 Corporate Color Project Alternatives

I drew 3 alternative designs for this project (all of which featured a segmented mountain) to represent the brand, its animal designs and its main value of eco-friendliness. The design I ended up working with was the first one (a design of a segmented snowy mountain with the word "The" on the mountain's left and the word "Mountain" below the mountain).
