Digital Visual Composition Course_Parallex Effects

For this Digital Visual Composition assignment, I’ve been learning about and working on parallex effects via Adobe After Effects - which is the movement of objects when viewed from a moving point of view; the closer to the point of view, the faster the movement. With this in mind, I applied these effects to this Photoshop for Prepress surreal portrait assignment of mine from a couple of months ago - which showcases an outer space scene in which the @onceabcofficial character Anna stands on a cliffside with a pair of doves soaring above her and a basket of apples beside her - as she stares in awe at a massive African elephant. Video 1 showcases everything in the scene moving from left to the right. Video 2 showcases Anna, the cliff, and apples appearing much larger than everything else in the scene. Additionally, these parallel effects were done via Adobe After Effects.

Video 2 - Changes in Object Sizes
