mind the gap // social campaign + branding

Gender inequality is still one of the biggest issues women face in the work environment, and even though the creative industries are supposed to be more open-minded, gender inequality issues happens just as much. Due to a series of sexism preconceptions, women have to fight to have the same rights, positions and wage as men do within the same industry. The Mind the Gap campaign helps to raise awareness and start a movement to support women in creative industries looking for a more equal work environment. Young designers need to be able to look up to women in graphic design history books and see that the industry they are going into work fights for equal pay wages and equal opportunities, regardless the gender.
