Micro-Dwelling in Wuhan

Micro-Dwelling is an economical, convenient, and compact residential unit with essential functions. Micro-Dwelling can be monomeric or a group form composed of many monomers. In China, small residential units are generally to be less than 700 square feet, and micro-dwellings are between 200 and 500 square feet. Due to the small and limited building area, usually, the micro-unit is not including the living room, and its primary functional area is divided into a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The occupant load of micro-housing is generally one to two residences. Although some people criticize micro-dwellings for squeezing residents into cramped spaces, the use of creative design to maximize space while retaining a comfortable living environment for residents makes Micro-Dwelling very attractive.
