Floyd Centre - Commercial Design

This Project is an homage to the Black Live Matter movement in our society. The building is an old run-down structure that is refurbished with new finishes and designed to enhance the look of the building. This project is developed in a 6000 sq. ft. area, it occupies the ground floor of the building. The project strives for sustainability in a variety of ways, including the incorporation of biophilic elements, the use of recyclable and durable materials, and the inclusion of a roof garden. A structured, functional, and balanced design with minimal material selections that harmonize each area with one another. The gathering hall, which is a curvilinear form representing unity, is the main focus of the space layout.
