This Hybrid Retail Restaurant is to bring an impressive presence to the neighborhood. The restaurant is a multi service restaurant; A three storey retail restaurant consist of the basement occupies with a kitchen and warm closed fine dine area with formal courses, full table service, with a full hierarchy of service along with high check wine and cocktail. The ground floor has grab and go service of prepackaged food, baked food, beverages and product displayed sold by Merk. The second floor is a semi-open patio fine dining which occupies 40% of the floor and the 60% is the clothing retail.
