HEALTHCARE DESIGN-THE BENTLEY BUILDING

In this design, I will use a large number of natural elements, wood products, wood lines, lighting will use warm colors and use large areas of glass to introduce a large amount of natural light into the building to reflect the harmony of nature. And use orange and white as the dominant colors in this space.

1ST FLOOR PLAN

On the first floor of this project, we have a library for the elderly to enrich their knowledge, and a flex room for the elderly to participate in activities. There is a dining area next to the Flex Room to support multiple meals for senior citizens. We have a natatorium and gym for old people to exercise. Besides, we have rest areas next to these two areas, where the elderly can rest after exercising. On the first floor, we also have reception, Office, Manager Room, and Security Room to provide services for the elderly.

2ND-4TH FLOOR PLAN

From the second floor to the fourth floor of this project are the living areas for the elderly. Each floor has 19 rooms for the elderly. In addition, there are bars and lounges on these floors to provide rest and activities for the elderly.
