Flickr

This project was for my class of Marketing Research where the main objective is to analyze Flickr's position in the market, understand why they lost sales and popularity through the years. What my team and I did was we made a survey to collect primary data from the users and we later on conducted a secondary data research to find and complete our analysis. In the project, we were able to find the reason why Flickr isn't doing well as it was before.
