24 & 25 October 2024
Barcelona Design Week hosts an “Underground” activity, organized for the first time and set to be one of the main highlights of the week. The event takes place in the campus parking area, creating a unique space for design enthusiasts and the LCI community.

Seven talents from the LCI Education family were finalists at the prestigious Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards (CAFA):
- NewGen: Racky Sow (Collège LaSalle Montréal), Raphaël Gagnon (Collège LaSalle Montréal), Eduardo Ramos (LaSalle College Vancouver)
- Makeup Artist of the Year: Maïna Militza (Collège LaSalle Montréal)
- Photographer of the Year: Garrett Naccarato (Collège LaSalle Montréal)
- Fashion Design Student of the Year: Maxence Eugénie Richard (Collège LaSalle Montréal)
- Stylist of the Year: Tinashe Musara (Collège LaSalle Montréal)
Collège LaSalle had the honor of presenting the NewGen award, which recognizes the talent of emerging Canadian designers. Additionally, numerous artists and celebrities wore designs by Collège LaSalle graduates during the event. For the full list, check out our Instagram post below.

Student Services hosted an Info Session and Workshop to introduce the upcoming Bachelor of Entrepreneurship (Creative Industries), launching next year. Attendees explored course structure, credit transfers, and participated in an interactive workshop, gaining insights into how this degree will support their entrepreneurial journey.
Ball & Doggett Winner

Visual Arts student Samantha Lord was selected as a winner of the 2024 Ball & Doggett Student Design Contest for her work “Back to Nature,” which will be featured in the 2025 Ball & Doggett calendar. Her work was praised as “a lovely haptic exploration of message and medium.”

Graphic & Digital Design students Davide Colosio and Sarah Smith were announced as finalists for the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) Design Awards, which celebrate excellence in design across various categories in the Australian graphic design industry.
