Proceeds From Graduating Class Exhibition Given to Foundation

All proceeds from the Montréal's Arts, Literature and Communication graduating class exhibition have been donated to the LCI Education Foundation.

On May 5, 6 and 7, an exhibition was held at Galerie Le 1040, presented by graduates of LaSalle College's Arts, Literature and Communication - Arts and Design Option program. Horizon was the theme of this exhibition, which was divided into three perspectives.

First, the spatial horizon, the one we find in landscapes and geography. Second the temporal horizon, towards which men are projected into the future. Finally, horizontality as a relational mode, where men reject hierarchies to live together on equal ground.

Each artwork presented was linked to this rich theme and offered the unique take of each student on issues related to human experience.

This exhibition, which was developed as part of the program's final project, represented the culmination of their two-year journey. For this project, the students were able to develop their own research framework in relation to the given theme.
